IFitFirst of all, doesn't Apple own all the rights to 'i' words - iFitI downloaded the version that was posted in an earlier post. Works like a champ. I even had my wife re-record the words. Its much sexier than the robot lady.So heres the deal, I'm great with computers/music etc. I don't have the first clue how to build a workout for my iFit treadmill.
I totally understand the program and have made a few mp3 to use, but I used the predefined workout. I can change the setting and even understand what they do. How do I know what right for my body? I'm a complete beginner when it comes to health and working out. Thanks for any advice!!PS.Has anyone figured out with the limitation is on this(free) version? Thanks a million,Sabbath. Click to expand.Hi. I'm the guy who put the file up on here. The author doesn't seem to be supporting it anymore. I tried the program the other day and I found the limitation.
It's a 30 second delay in starting the program. With the fully registered version there wasn't that 30 second delay. Maybe the verison I post up here has the restriction lifted? I don't know.
But I'll try and check it out.As far as workouts go, if you were doing HIIT training then you would follow those guidelines. I don't do HIIT but it's something like 30 seconds at full speed and 60 seconds at slow.
And repeat, for like 20 minutes. If you're doing long running routines then you would set it up any way you like. You might try to reproduce your outside running methods on the treadmill. Actually this program does it all for you.
After you create your workout you can go to the File menu and create mp3. Once you are in there you can add mp3's to the workout and it will tell you how much% of the workout each song is taking up. It will add them so you know when to stop adding music. Once you are done adding. You can export the file to a folder of your choice and load it to your ipod. It is very quick and much better than going thru the time to run it all thru software and have to automate the mutes.this program does it for you!
Click to expand.Since the author of i2Workout isn't supporting his program, here's a link to the full program with the 30-day limitation disabled. Since I'm not allowed to upload more than about 500k to this forum at this time, maybe somebody else can DL the file from the link below and upload it to this forum. I'll leave the file on my webspace for a couple weeks.Instructions: unzip the files (the original zipped installation file is contained within this zip file). Install the original program, then replace it with the file 'i2Workout.exe'. No more 30-day limitation/nag screen. If the author of i2Workout gets bent out of shape, I'll remove this and maybe he can support his program in some way.
